Please note all the products are hand made and this means every one is individual. They may differ slightly from the photos because of this. The colour may differ a little as well as the fleece of each animal is slightly different. If you are ordering an article with buttons do discuss this with Barbara as they may differ from photos depending on availability. You can order wooden buttons cut from trees in the garden.

You will receive a reply within 48 hours to discuss your order. Payment by cheque or PayPal. Please note, items will not be posted until payment has been cleared. Please allow 21 days for delivery as items are made to order.

Postage is the current Royal Mail 1st Class parcel price, plus 80p for packaging, and should take no longer than 2-3 working days to arrive after being dispatched. If you require Recorded Delivery it will cost more to post and an email will be sent with postage details once the order has been dispatched, to allow you to track your order's progress via the Royal Mail website.

Regrettably, returns are not accepted unless there is a valid reason. If you do need to return your item once received, please email with your reasons for doing so, and a refund or replacement will be discussed. Postage can not be refunded.

Hatty Baggins items are all carefully handmade, which means that items made to order may not exactly match the item in the photograph. However, this is due to the making process, and you can be promised every item is lovingly made to the highest quality.
